How we treat it:

  • Stretching and strengthening exercises
  • Custom orthotics
  • Night splints
  • Anti-inflammatory medications or injections
  • Shockwave therapy for chronic cases

2. Ankle Sprains

What it is: A stretch or tear in the ligaments that support the ankle, often from rolling or twisting the foot awkwardly.

How we treat it:

  • Rest, ice, compression, and elevation (RICE)

3. Stress Fractures
